Designed with purpose and built to last, the Benchmade 15535OR-01 Taggedout sets a high bar for durability and performance matched only by our promise that it will be yours, for life.

Laser-cut from sheets of high-grade steel, every Benchmade blade is ground, beveled, and finished with uncompromising precision. The handles are milled and machined in-house to the most exacting specifications, and every knife is hand-assembled and sharpened by highly trained technicians bringing to bear over thirty years of manufacturing excellence in Benchmade's state-of-the-art factory in Oregon City, Oregon.

With a blade of stainless CPM Magnacut, this steel elimiates chromium carbides from the steel. The result is a steel with similar properties of edge retention and toughness to non-stainless steels like CPM CruWear and CPM 4V, with the addition of excellent corrosion resistance and strength.

The handle is formed from multiple layers of carbon fibre which have been laminated together inb the form of a strong and lightweight handle scale.

    The slightest detail...

    Honestly, I'm in two minds whether or not to pick one of these up for the collection. It looks awesome, apart from one small detail - the Axis Lock Bar! Just look at it... I mean, you can't really miss it... It's all silver and shiny! I don't know why they didn't black it out like the rest of the hardware. I'm sure it's not just me, but if they'd have just blacked that thing out, or even better, made it orange like the back-spacer, they'd have been guaranteed to sell at least one more product! As it stands... At north of 300 quid... I'm knocking 1 star off, and I'm left scratching my head a little!
