The long handles are double-edged for left or right handers and great for detailed work. Made of Ashwood and covered with natural linseed oil, the long handle is very comfortable.
The carbon steel blade of the 2 smaller carving crooked knife is single-edged so that you can perform push or pull cuts with one hand atop of the blade for enhanced control. All blades are made of special high carbon steel and come razor-sharp.
