Lovely little knife and great service (as ever)!
Wasn't looking for a new knife, but came across this and decided to purchase. My first Antonini knife, and impressed wtih the quality and finish. The knife was sharp out of the box - certainly sharp enough to pare off some biltong - and a little bit of work got it sharper still. The American walnut handle is nice, though the finish can be improved by some judicious use of sandpaper and some Danish oil or similar. Service from HH, as ever, was superb.
