Good quality belt, very easy to adjust looks and feels great.. I do think they come up a little short on sizing Otherwise fantastic
I have had this belt for over 2 years now. It is the best belt I have ever owned. The one thing I would say after this time, is the black coating on the buckle does wear off over time because of the moving parts. As far as the belt functionally doing what it is designed to, it is perfect. But the worn silver areas are making me consider buying a new belt, either this one, the slightly wider Operator version or maybe a different model. Not sure yet. I really really love this belt and with it not using holes and having the moving bar, you end up with a perfect fitting, yet secure closure of the belt.
A belt for life
This is an insanely high quality and nice belt to wear. The only thing I will warn you about is the sizing. Whereas the double duty belt can loosen or tighten forever as long as you can thread any excess back through your loops to prevent the end from drooping out, this trainer belt (and the operator belt) only go so far because the velcro only goes so far, to provide you "some" extra tightening and extra slack but not infinite. Plus the end you pull on through the buckle is a single layer which you double back on it's self to then close the velcro and that single flap is all the amount of slack you have. So in my case I was already at the total maximum tightening capacity of the belt and had to send it back to get the next size lower. So if you are losing weight, plan on losing weight or are gaining weight then you need to take this into consideration. The Trainer/Operator belts are insanely high quality and look really really good. But if you need far more flexibility in terms of sizing, since you want to only have 1 belt that will take care of your size then maybe the cheaper Double Duty belt might be a better option. Regardless, I am sticking with the Trainer belt due to the over all quality, looks and in an end of the world scenario I could always dangle myself from a cliff using this belt, if I needed to lol. Couldn't likely do that with the other belts :D
