Due Cigni knife with Zircoite Wood handles for a very light and well balanced with a satin finish blade. The blades are razor sharp to the tip and heat treated to keep a long lasting edge, a knife that will last you for a long time. Beautifully curved handles are made from a Zircote Wood which makes working with this knife very pleasant and satifying, blade is made from Sandvik 12C27 steel.

Add to BasketIt is a good knife, hollow grind is handy, handle is ergonomic, profile is good for cutting carrots n stuff.. however the grind is super uneven. On one side it's around 15 degrees, the other is around 30 so I'm going to have to re-grind the edge which is kind of annoying on a decently priced kitchen knife.
