If you already own a Delica or Endura, you have one of the best selling knives Spyderco makes. The knife you are looking at is a bit different from the normal C10 Endura 4 and C11 Delica 4 Lightweights.

The Spyderco Endura 4 Full-Flat Ground is available in a range of handle colours with full-flat ground blades.

Their FRN (fibreglass reinforced nylon) handles come in new muted tones and moulded onto the handle's surface is Bi-Directional Texturing for slip-free tactile traction. Inside the handle are dual skeletonized stainless steel liners which strengthen the knife without additional weight and double as an anchor for external and internal components to attach through generating more sturdiness and rigidity.

The blades are full flat-ground VG-10 with a thinner highly refined cutting edge and a larger 13mm opening hole. Added to the blade's spine is slip resistant jimping. Phosphor bronze washers smooth out the open/close action and the clip is upgraded to a four-way tip-up, tip-down, left-or right-handed clip.

Good sturdy very lightweight knife , perfect size for pocket, typical spyderco quality , great fit razor sharp, this knife is perfect for everyday carry , and although light fits the hand well and is very sturdy . Would recommend ,as usual very quick delivery from Hennies establishment .

    Superb Kitchen Knife

Posted by Fen on 31st Jan 2018

I bought a purple endura and a blue delica about a year ago, as a test really i took all our kitchen knives out the drawer ( just left a serrated bread knife ) and threw in the endura and delica, they are so user friendly that the entire family use them without a thought, the endura could be the only knife in the kitchen its so versatile. . . I'm thinking of throwing a FRN Manix/Native in the drawer aswell . . . its a great way to really test a knife as you get feed back from all the family . . .

    Love it

What more can be said about this knife that hasn't already been said? Great build quality, light weight, sharp out the box and up to pretty much any task you've got. If you're thinking about getting one, get two. You won't be disappointed.

    my first syderco

Posted by Nidge on 21st May 2016

After much research I went and purchased the Endura 4 ........my first syperco. I love it from the superior blade steel to the grippy handle FRN scales . For its size it just feels right despite being on the bigger side of the folder family. Brilliantly balanced. Even the box it comes in is nice. One word...perfect. HH customer service excellent as always.

    Very good

Posted by Will on 17th Apr 2016

This knife is fantastic. The fit and finish on mine was fantastic, the blade was centered perfectly, the scales fit perfectly and the knife locks together well. The steel is brilliant and holds its edge for a long time. Its also relatively easy to sharpen. The cutting and slicing ability of the full flat ground blade is second to none, it slices food like a dream. The action is smooth and the lockup is solid with little to no blade play. The lock is easy to disengage and it is possible to close the knife with one hand safely with a little practice. The reason im giving 4 stars is because of personal preference; the handle is far to plastic-feeling for me and the ergonomics are off. It doesn't fill the hand and if you're doing extended work or hard use it isn't comfortable whatsoever. I also don't like the texturing of the handle, it is very abrasive for a rather slim handle. And because of the size of the knife it is hard to open with the spyderhole with one smooth *, you rather have to bring it round with your thumb, which isn't a problem, its just not what I was wanting. I lost mine recently and will be replacing it with a pm2 instead. If none of these things bother you then go right for it, otherwise I'd look into the other spydercos.

    What more do you need?

Posted by Spydyjo on 21st Jan 2016

What's a knife for? To cut things. For your money you get a big chunk of high grade steel, that comes sharp and stays sharp. A handle that's grippy and fits the hand well. The one hand opening is easy, the lock is secure and the knife is so light you forget it's in your pocket.

    what a great knife

Posted by Andrew on 8th Mar 2015

This is my 3rd spyderco knife the first of the larger ones they do. Instantly impressed with the blade, hair popping sharp and has held its edge very well. Not a huge fan of frn handles but I can't explain why. (Maybe feel so light on my ukpk). They are strong and comfortable and with the steel liners that the endura has, the weight is great. I have no concerns with the lock, it feels strong and I have never felt like it would fail on me. As usual amazing service from heinnie. Looks like royal mail lost the 1st one heinnie sent out, but heinnie sorted it quickly. I just wish all Internet companies could be as good as them.

    excellent

Posted by Joe on 1st Nov 2014

A great folder, slim, lightweight and sharp enough to shave the hair off your arm out the box! This is a very well built knife with no play at all when open and the 'Spydie-hole' is surprisingly useful, if a tad sharp around the edges. One note.. The knife is much larger than I was expecting from the picture. Make sure to take note of the dimensions listed in the specs. Overall I'm very happy with this and I'm a Spyderco convert! Excellent fast postage from Heinnie too - their great reputation is certainly justified.

Great steel in vg10. Usual spyderco quality. Buy from HH with confidence.
