    Solid Knife at fair price

Posted by Kris on 16th May 2023

Great knife, good price, all the quality you’d expect from a Rough Rider pocket knife. The only criticism I have is the secondary pen knife blade is quite difficult to pull out. I find you have to pull out the main blade so you can get a better grip of the second blade. Only a minor issue though. All round great knife & well worth the money.

    Nice EDC but not perfect

Posted by Paul on 16th Aug 2022

Heinnie Haynes very kindly sent this as a replacement for the Denim model as that had carbon steel blades and I specifically wanted stainless. I much prefer the look of the Denim scales but to be fair the Wasp looks better in real life than in the photographs. Fit and finish are very good and the blades shaving sharp out of the box. The only real criticism I have is the strength of the back springs which is poor. It could just be my particular example but they don't inspire confidence in keeping the blade deployed, certainly far weaker then on the Denim. Other than that, which is why I gave 4 stars, a very nice well made knife and excellent service from HH.

    Wasp barlow knife

Very compact razor sharp knife good looking and easy carry in the pocket. Slight play on the large knife. Other than that for £25 can't go wrong well done heinnie yet again.

    Wasp Barlow

Another well made, well presented Barlow from Rough Ryder. Not as bright as I expected but sharp and ready to go. A good talking point and a great EDC for the UK. Usual great service from HH.
