A new (old) friend!

In 1988 I bought a Spyderco Standard, part of the original 'Clipit' range. It was my everyday carry. Sadly it was lost during a house move, and I could not replace it. I saw the Upturn on HH a few days ago and it was like looking at an old (but much improved) friend. I ordered it at 3pm on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday at 4pm! Great service as always from HH. The beautiful slim form slips into a jeans pocket perfectly. The four-way clip is excellent.which coupled with the patented blade hole and the well positioned back lock makes this knife fully ambidextrous. It was sharp out of the box, but a light stropping had it razor sharp. The jimping on the finger choil and the thumb ramp is excellent, and provide a very secure grip when in use. If you can only buy one Spydeco, this is the one to go for. (But get the PlainEdge version.) I'm not going to lose this one!!!!
