The QSP Copperhead is available with a partially black blade. It is a tough working knife perfect for the outdoor or working environment. It has a 14C28N stainless steel blade which opens extremely smoothly thanks to the ball bearing pivot system. The handle incorporates the linerlock which holds the blade open safely and securely. It is made from G10, a tough and resilient material perfect for this knife.

Absolute cracking knife,3.5 inch blade well sharp, drop close with a very stylish and comfortable handle. Well worth the money. QSP hit the mark as usual. Unsolicited review. Paul.

Not as good for leftys

The knife is brilliant. Absolutely razor sharp. OTB one of the sharpest ever. Bevels are accurate, fit and finish is excellent . The only thing is, it not set up for left handers even though it has dual thumb studs. Such a shame. Why put dual studs and no proper access to the left side. Once again us left handers are a second thought. Apart from that it's 10/10 . Lightning quick service from HH as usual.

Once again maximum kudos to Heinnie Haynes for their LOW prices, excellent service and prompt responses to queries etc.. The copperhead is a seriously solid knife. The sandvik stainless is perfectly serviceable in this context. Plenty tough enough and very easy to sharpen/hone. Very secure lock up on this knife. Feels like a fixed blade when in use. The detent is secure also. So much so that some may find it a little stiff to engage. But this just adds to the security of an already very robust work knife. This fella should last a lifetime with a little care. (Bearing assist isn’t really ideal for such a hard use knife. Far easier to clean and service washers. I’ve a stash of washers fit for purpose that I’ll exchange for the bearings. Qsp polish the pivot contact surfaces well enough that their washer’d’ knives flip smoothly and efficiently enough)
