No threat to Mora

I ordered this knife late Saturday and received it early Tuseday. Thanks HH you never let me down, even in the chaos caused by Captain Trips. It's sad that the knife did not live up to it's rep. Atrocious grinds and careless finishing cotributed

Just what I was looking for

I’ve been looking for a thin profile bush craft knife for a while before stumbling across this from old hickory. Perfect size and weight for camp chores food prep etc Came shaving sharp and with a good quality leather sheath too move over mora you’ve got a competitor at this price point

I did not have a 1095 in my collection so picked this up watching guy on YouTube using one of these for bushcraft, he rated for good allround knife for bushcraft and hunting, camping, I like that the blade is not to thick it slices well for the price buy sheaths ok made inc China knife made America .give it ago doesn't all have to be 250 pounds a piece.

History In The Making.

I brought this knife because of the the history of Ontario knives.When it arrived i did have to sharpen it,as it was a little dull for my use.I also modified the knife,as well as putting a patina on the blade to prevent rust,and to protect the blade from the elements.Now i have modified the knife it is perfect.After all that i do love this knife,and the way it feels,when i am using it. Everybody should own one of these knives,the company itself has a long history in knife making.For the price you really can't go wrong with this little beauty.
