Clunky and scraping
I was expecting a very smooth action, but it's very clunky and you can hear the scraping noise from inside. I'm disappointed as I had better tolerance from 1/4 of the price made in China

TiTech celebrate all that is Titanium...that wonderful material that is both supremely strong and light in weight. It also looks pretty damn cool too!
The TiTech Titanium Lightweight Pen benefits very nicely from the outstanding properties of titanium and looks very smooth. The point is engaged in the conventional manner via the top clicker. It is retracted by depressing the pocket clip.
Alternatively If you just have a thing for titanium then add it to your collection and marvel at the precision engineering up close!
This pen will fit the Fisher Space Pen Universal Refill meaning you can write in the rain, upside down or in space.

This is a really nicely made pen, its the perfect size to be wielded in an emergency but small enough to fit almost anywhere, its a good job another reviewer mentioned the glass breaker under the cap or I might of missed that, couple of improvements to it would be some branding on it, instructions/care, and link on this site to the refills needed for it, would like to see all that they make also, but there does not seem to be a manufacturers website.
Great pen feels really nice in the hand and writes nice with the fisher ink cartridge. Also found that if you unscrew the button there's a glass breaker there nice little surprise
I purchased 5 (or six) titanium EDC pens over the years. This is the only one I have bought 2 of and plan to buy more, for my sons/presents etc. It is small but not too small, it fits in my large hands perfectly. The button and clip release works every time. The styling is simple, functional and comfortable. It's titanium so all the pluses of that. Goes well with my AAA titanium torch and titanium scales swiss army knife as a set of EDC tools. No hesitation in recommending it.
If you know what titanium feels like and how to check then you will know its Ti, mine arrived this morning and is super light and a loverly action. ignore the silly commnets above its a TI pen and i dont think HH would falsey advertise a item like this, been using them for 20 years now. Have you contcated them Frankie before making stupid comments? Buy with confidence a quality fully Ti pen (apart from spring and refil but you would know that ifyou knew what you are looking at) Thank you Heinnies for anothergreat product and service, see you all soon.
Nice service from HH, but the pen ....well...lets say not that nice . Feels good in hand , well made, small and handy......the bad thing is....is not titanium..maybe the clip, but the pen ..not Ti, unless i get a detailed manufacturer spread sheet i dont belive it. Feels like cheap steel, doesnt have a smooth action. It makes a nice gift for xmas for those who dont know how Ti looks like. I bought 2 just to give them away. If u in for a good pen at that price buy any of the caran d'ache series, more ink, more cool and good quality. If ya wanna trick ur friends for xmas that u actually gift them a titanium pen ...buy this one.
