    Very nice. Gorgeous handle. Well finished for the price & fairly sharp blade with lovely blackwash coating. Excellent x-guard & pommel. Highly recommend this..

    good knife for the money but poor quality overall, fit and finish wasnt great and when it came to sharpening the blade it wouldnt hold and edge and kept splintering. next time save your money and spend abit more.

    Stacked leather handle Bowie knife

    I bought this along with a black mule Bowie and honestly at this price l simply had to, the leather handle is absolutely gorgeous and the blade is beautifully ground and finished. This isn't quite as sharp as the black mule out of the box but still work ready in my honest opinion and I would have no hesitation in working this knife hard. The sheath is a good one, it's a very good snug fit and feels like it will hold up well , being nylon it will stave off the wet conditions. With being a Ka bar style handle the hilt has the Ka bar style play in it but the handle,hilt and striking pommel are all very Very secure and will not let you down, I truly believe you would have to be doing something very stupid to cause any issues with the handle and fittings. To summarise, I really like this knife and l am grateful l got mine before they went out of stock, a very good budget alternative to the Ka bar big brother for sure. A solid 9.5 out of 10.

    So, for £30 you simply cannot go wrong with this blade. Reassuringly heavy, the blade is tough and arrives box-cutter sharp. Really nicely designed soft sheath too - have used on trees and small / medium battening for firewood. Hugely recommended.
