Hi, had this brought for me so I'd thought try it out. It's unsafe and has no endorsement from any safety regulator in the uk. The threads get jammed up with dirt and rust making it hard to undo and tighten up.

I was lucky enough to have a play with one of these at a show in the summer. This is a very serious piece of kit with numerous uses. Personally, I will be getting one to sit in me Land Rover. I haven't seen anything that can compete with it.

No climber would risk life and limb using this piece of kit on a rock face. Purely a fun tool with virtually no applications in the real world apart from maybe on steep grass.
