The Fallkniven LTC (Legal to Carry) is a neat penknife which you can easily carry in your pocket.

In order to conform to knife laws around the world, Fallkniven have deliberately designed this folding knife to feature all the elements required to enable the user to carry the knife in most environments. This means that the blade lacks a conventional blade locking device (yet is still held in place by a steady spring), that the blade is short and narrow (under 7.6cm – 3 inches) and that it cannot be unfolded with one hand. These results in a UK friendly carry penknife.

The quality remains the same as with any other Fällkniven knife. They have spared no expense when it comes to the blade quality for instance. Becoming the first in the world to introduce a penknife with a blade in their now famous 3G laminate powder steel.

The blade has thumb grooves on both sides of the blade, making it usable for both right and left handers.

    Fallkniven LTC

Been looking at one of these for a while now, but wasn’t keen on forking out the asking price. But when the price dropped I snapped one up. Definitely worth the now asking price. Came razor sharp out the box, with good fit and finish. A nice simple looking non locking pocket knife, with a decent steel, that holds a razor edge

    FALLKNIVEN LTC PENKNIFE

Posted by john on 13th Oct 2023

Bought this and it seems like it was the last in stock, glad I did! This is a lovely little penknife. While it looks a bit plain on the pics it makes perfect sense in the hand. I’m a big fan of form through function and this is a great example. I think for me this is about enjoying good design. Does it work? Very much so. Does it feel good to use? Most assuredly. Does it look good? Yeah, in an understated almost Deco kind of way. If you changed anything about this one you’d have to go back to the drawing board as it’s quite the balancing act. Out of my usual comfort zone on price but not disappointed one bit.
