Great pen, lousy refills

I bought this pen to go in my EDC wallet and it's absolutely what I was looking for. Great quality, ideal size. However, the pen did not write. So in the box are 5 spare refills. One had already leaked, and of the 4 remaining two work and two dont. So I have 2 working refills out of a total of 6. Apart from that, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would not let that put me off buying another one.

Wanted an everyday carry pen that would fit in that little pocket inside the main pocket in my jeans! Adore BigIdesign pens (this is my third) and a great product sold by a company that offers great service (got the pen next day).
