Sharpening angle can be easily adjusted from 15° to 30° in 1° increments to sharpen every knife you own. Tri-Brasive™ includes coarse 320 and fine 600 grit diamond plates to quickly restore a sharp edge, and a fine grit ceramic stone to hone an incredibly keen edge on your knives.

Innovative clamp design quickly and safely secures the knife. Sharpening base provides a stable platform for benchtop sharpening.

WORK SHARP PRECISION KNIFE SHARPENER

Unfortunately Heinnie didn't have this in stock when I wanted it and I had to get it from the USA, however I have found it amazing to use. Blades which I previously found difficult to sharpen now come up with a razor like edge. On a dull blade previously unsharpened using this, starting with 10 strokes each side, then 6, 4, 2, 1 with each of the 3 grades gave me excellent results. I would recommend this to anyone.
