Stop carrying (and paying for) a water bottle and cooking pot--the Titanium BOT is made
to replace both! Half water bottle, half cooking pot, it performs both functions
exceptionally well while weighing less than most standard water bottles. It converts
easily from a water bottle to a cooking pot with a simple flip of the lid, yet it's watertight,
temperature resistant O-ring won’t melt when exposed to heat. The BOT fits in most
standard water bottle pockets. What it doesn’t fit into is the convention that you can’t
have your cake and eat it too. Just another Vargo original idea.

This is an item I think is well worth having, if you go for those shorter walks where you don't really need water you can use this as a storage container for tea bags and drinks mixes( it'll keep em dry until you need em) and if you do run into trouble or are in a spot of bother you can use it to boil river water, Or it's a great water bottle too and then some .
First of all let's get the traditional praise for HH out the way. I've used them a few times and always been happy with the service. Now onto the Bot itself. I've used this as my only cooking pot for a number of trips, my Msr pocket rocket, small fuel can, pocket knife and coffee filter all fit inside along with a few bags of herbs and spices. When unpacked I have used it to make decent forest curries and I've also used it to carry water too when I needed extra. All in all it does its job well. That said the titanium doesn't lend itself perfectly to having a screw thread which means you have to be careful when screwing the lid on or it will easily cross thread, a minor inconvenience but I can't help thinking that the stainless version probably doesn't suffer from the same issue.
