Heinnie Rewards Terms and Conditions v1.1

The Heinnie Loyalty Programme “the rewards programme” is operated by Lorax Limited, BARRY, CF63 3RF. Registered in England and Wales: Company 5396655.

Lorax Limited can cancel, withdraw or alter the rewards programme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual customer account.

The rewards programme is only valid at heinnie.com.

The rewards programme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Lorax Limited reserves the right, at the point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.

Lorax Limited can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a customer's membership of the rewards programme and points accrued if we have reason to believe that the customer is abusing the rewards programme.

Lorax Limited will remove reward points from accounts that haven’t been used for one year, or which have been closed.

Joining the Heinnie Loyalty Programme. By creating an account at heinnie.com, the customer is enrolled into the Heinnie Loyalty Programme.

Earning points. Points are earned on purchases made after 2nd November 2023, and are earned on qualifying orders at the rate set out in the Heinnie Loyalty Programme FAQ document.

Redeeming points. Points can be exchanged for coupons at the rate set out in the Heinnie Loyalty Programme FAQ document. The coupon can then be redeemed against the value of an order at heinnie.com. Neither points nor coupons can be exchanged for cash, and they are not transferable.

Returns. Orders returned for refund will be refunded at the full monetary value after any discount was applied. Any reward points earned during the purchase will be removed from the customer’s account. Any reward points used to redeem a discount at purchase will be added back to the customer’s Heinnie Loyalty account.

Reward Expiration. Points expire after two purchase-free years and VIP tiers expire after one purchase-free year. The start of the year is calculated from the date of the last order.

Lorax Limited trading as Heinnie Haynes reserve the right to terminate any person’s rewards membership if it is believed that these Terms and Conditions are violated, reselling products, exploiting the program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abuse of privileges, or inappropriate behavior that seeks to manipulate the rewards program, or for any other reason deemed necessary based on their sole discretion. If the customer’s account is terminated by either party, or the customer opts out of the rewards program, any unused rewards and points will be lost, as well as all points that have not been redeemed.

Expiry of points. Points and rewards will expire if the customer fails to make at least one purchase in a rolling 24 month period. The customer’s VIP tier will expire if the customer fails to make at least one purchase in a rolling 12 month period.  In the event that Lorax Limited ends the rewards program, points and rewards will expire with the program. 

VIP Tiers. The customer’s membership of a VIP tier is determined by the amount spent by a  customer in a rolling year. The spend levels required for a customer to achieve and maintain a loyalty tier are set out in the Heinnie Loyalty Programme FAQ document. The tier membership expires one year from the date of entry. 

Referral of friends. Referred friends must be first-time customers in order for referrer and the referred to receive the referral rewards at the rate set out in the Heinnie Loyalty Programme FAQ document. The referral must be initiated through the rewards referral box found on the rewards page of heinnie.com, or through the use of the unique referral link also found there.

Birthday rewards at the rate set out in the Heinnie Loyalty Programme FAQ document will be sent to the customer annually by email on the anniversary of their joining the reward programme, if the customer remains a member of the reward programme. If the customer’s birthday falls between the day that the customer registered 30 days afterward, the bonus will be applied 30 days after registration.  This delay is only applicable for the first year of registration.
