The WithArmour Elise is a very pleasing little slip joint UK friendly carry knife. The blade is made from hard D2 carbon steel which measures 62 on the Rockwell hardness scale so won't need sharpening very often. Combine that with a Titanium alloy handle with blue anodised pivot, pocket clip and screws and you have a real winner.

    Surprisingly good

Posted by Josh Holloway on 1st Mar 2022

The WithArmour Elise is a surprisingly good knife. This is a small knife with a very stylish and sleek design. The slipjoint mechanism is very well done with it being easy to open, yet strong enough to secure the blade. The pocket clip is a deep carry design, but is positioned further down the handle than the butt, which unfortunately removes its effectiveness as deep carry. It is a very good clip though, being tense to hold grip in the pocket, but light enough for easy use. The D2 blade is performing very well, so far retaining a sharp edge very well. I would prefer less writing on the blade, however, to make it a 'cleaner' design. For anyone wanting an inexpensive everyday carry, this is the knife for you!!

    Knife Review

Smaller than I expected and very slim. A good knife to slip into a pocket of a suit or other lightweight clothing. Nice to look at. Very slicy.

    WithArmour Elise Slip-Joint

A really attractive, well-made little knife with a sharp blade, a true edc imo because it's un-threatening so can be used/carried in more environments than a larger "chunkier" knife.

Great item. Smaller then expected but super sharp and a great EDC knife.

    Great little knife

Posted by Unknown on 23rd Feb 2021

This is a fantastic little knife, especially for the price. Very sharp out of the box. It is a little smaller than I expected but it means it's perfect to have in you pocket and you don't notice it. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice uk legal EDC knife

    Witharmour elise slip-joint

I bought this knife using a £10 voucher that I had. So with that in mind I was quite pleased with my purchase. Right now to the meat, as it were, of this review. This knife is very well made and put together. Its quite a small knife and so is really ideal for opening letters and parcels etc. For anything that needs a little more strength and control, a more substantial knife may be required. The blade seemed quite sharp from the box and is made from D2, so the edge should last awhile. However, I've used lots of different knives and have found that D2 at the point can prove to be quite brittle. The only downside that I found within this little knife is that the very nice machining on the back of the blade is great for helping when cutting things, with no chance of you fingers sliding up the back of the blade. This makes it very safe and secure whilst cutting. However, the downside of the way in which this has been machined also makes it nigh on impossible to slide the knife into a pocket. This is a real shame as I would have quite happily carried this little knife as an edc. So. It just gets left on the side and will only be used at home.

    EZ Carry

IMO, nice, light, easy EDC(UK) knife. A little more proud of the pocket than I would like but a solid tool that functions as described. HH, excellent as per usual.

    Very nice indeed

Posted by Andy on 30th Jan 2021

This is a very nice edc slip joint. It's a handy size, quite small but fits perfectly in a pocket. Light and good to look at. Comfortable to hold. Razor sharp out of the box. My only minor quibble is that it could do with a stop on closing, but that's just my preference. Highly recommended.

    Small, light, sharp!

Posted by Crispin Barton on 23rd Sep 2020

I didn't read the specs properly so thought it would be bigger. Left it in the box for a few days and kept looking at it every now and then, deliberating. Decided in the end that despot its diminutive size, I like it. The blade shape is great. Very sharp and if it's a good quality D2 should need little sharpening. Pockets easily with a strong clip. Put together nicely and has a nice feeling in the hand.
