Like most items in the Winkler Knives product line, the WK Crush Belt Knife was designed to meet the needs of an active duty Special Operations Team. A group from the Naval Special team familiar with the uncompromising performance of the WK Belt Knife wanted the same attributes in a knife with glass breaking capabilities. This is it. The rounded, integral extended tang meets the need and is comfortable to carry.

The blade is 80CrV2 steel with a black oxide no-glare finish with a full tang, skeletonised design. The handle is Micarta which is guaranteed to weather with use and survive anything you care to throw at it. It is supplied with a leather belt sheath.

Good and bad

Knife is amazing I guess, I ordered the drop point but I get the clip point however I like it and I keep it. Knife amazing HH not so much. Anyway happy

Upon opening the box this morning and inspecting everything I just couldn't put the knife down, its like an extension of your hand. The control you have over the blade direction doesn't get any better than this.Yeah, it might be nearly £500 but in my opinion worth every penny. Apart from the blade material coming from Austria/Germany everything else is made in the USA even down to the screws that hold the clip to the sheath, and what a sheath it is. I'm not to sure if Mrs Winkler still sews these by hand. Suede, Kydex and leather all sandwiched together, quite simply superb. If your in doubt because of the price then don't be because as soon as you get this thing in your hand you'll be kicking yourself for not buying one sooner. Top class service from Richard, much appreciated.
