This limited run of traditional folders has been made for Twisted Assisted by one of the last commercial slip joint manufacturers in Sheffield U.K., Arthur Wright. Using vintage machinery, some of it dating back to Victorian times, each folder is then hand finished to achieve a truly authentic Sheffield slip joint. These slip-joints are a modern take on a classic knife, instead of stag antler or rosewood, this version comes with premium USA made Micarta handles, and the nickel silver bolsters contrast nicely with the brass liners and pins. The C70 carbon steel blade harkens back to a simpler time before powdered super steels, where reliability, durability and ease of sharpening were key.
