I hated the sheath and I still do, but I've just had this knife with me for a week in Scotland, brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. For gralloching deer it's fantastic and for butchering bunnies it's fab. Now 5 stars not 4. Still hate the sheath though - with a passion that will never die. May get another one.

Got the knife and then played with it. Needed a touch of a sharpen but is good quality as is the kit that goes with it, apart from the sheath which really lets it down. It isn't even good quality ballistic nylon. Going to get a leather one made. As for the knife it's the only one you will need. Heinnie why don't you look at offering custom sheaths for knives?

This is my 9th tops knife and it didn't disappoint fit and finish perfect like most tops knives needed edge touching up a little 440c wasnt shave sharp is now! survival kit is good bonus monster thick little blade great back up for other tops bigger models or that week away in the wildness recommend to all , top notch service from nick and linda.
