    Waterproof!

    Had read a few reviews saying these were not waterproof. I trust HH. Have tested and they are fully waterproof. Nice grip and not too thick. Being chinese-made there's quality issues for some, but, not for me, from HH. Will have to see how they last. Great for cycling or using tools in the rain.

    They’re that good I bought them twice! First was an error, read somewhere to go a size up. Don’t. I just gave them away and bought myself another pair.

    Very well made, fit and finish is excellent, but, I must disagree with the other reviewer; these gloves are nowhere near warm enough. To be fair to Sealskinz, the packaging states they have warmness rating of 2 (out of 5), so perhaps if you work outdoors for long periods you may want to consider other options. I have worn these gloves in around 2-3 degree temps; when it gets below zero I believe they will be totally insufficient .

    Recently received a pair of Ultra-Grips as a gift from a family member as was very pleased for the opportunity to try out a product I've fancied for a few years but never got around to purchasing myself. These gloves are definitely something I'd want in my daysack when hiking in adverse conditions, rolled-up in a pocket when walking the dog or simply available to hand when heading into the garden to chop wood on a rainy day. They're fantastically warm considering their thickness, provide you with a solid grip on most surfaces (I wouldn't try Tom Cruising it up a window) , and are truly 100% waterproof and wind-proof. To test this last statement I wore the gloves on my ride to work this morning (motorcycle not pedal-power), 70mph + on a extremely windy day (gusts nearly pushing me into another lane) medium to heavy rain and my hands were dry, warm and comfortable. I didn't need my heated grips (yeah I'm that guy) and still felt like I had control over the bike and all its switches and knobs (oo'er). I wouldn't recommend these as a motorcycling glove as they lack armour, I only used them on this occasion to test their mettle and I feel they performed outstandingly. I hope this review convinces you to make the purchase, as you wont be sorry. Herbal
