Rough Ryder knives were already a little bit special but now they have been elevated to legendary status thanks to the Rough Ryder Reserve line. The quality has gone up a significant notch. The D2 steel blade and precision manufacture would ordinarily mean a high end price tag but with Rough Rider Reserve you get a high end product with a not so high end price.
The Rough Ryder Reserve One Arm Razor is a great little design modelled on the razor form. It has no lock with a blade under three inches long so is considered to be legal to carry in the UK. The blade is D2 carbon steel which is a favourite amongst many knife users due to it's strength and hardness and it's ability to accept a very sharp edge. It has a half stop action so prevents the blade closing in one continuous movement and is via the notch in the end of the blade.
Tha handle is a Denim Micarta with a cut out to accommodate the "blade notch opener." The liners are brass and the bolsters are brushed stainless steel. There is also a brass lanyard tube to accessorise as you wish.
To complete the package there is a Rough Ryder Reserve tin and microfiber Rough Ryder cleaning cloth.
