Ordered this to make up my order to over £30, so glad I did, it's a cracking little knife , OK the blade centering is off, but that's not an issue on a knife of this price, otherwise I can find no fault with it & will probably buy the other 2 in the series.

I thought this was going to be chunkier than normal but it is just a standard canoe - & very nice for only £14. Sturdy with no wobble & the springs on mine are of just the right tension. Sharp enough from the impressive box but this should never be a concern - if you can't sharpen a knife what's the point of having one? Well made & finished; you can't go wrong.

An attractive knife but tricky to open safely.

I bought this knife to add to my options for EDC. I always carry a UK legal folding pocket knife. I was attracted to the traditional styling of this knife, combined with a splash of colour. As usual, customer service and delivery from HH was mind-blowingly quick. Superb service. Back to the knife, it is larger and heavier than expected (albeit I admit I didn't study the specs in much detail). It is not too bulky to go in the pocket of my jeans but I can feel it's there. I find the opening action to be very stiff and the finger notch only just deep enough to keep hold of. The first time I opened it I lost control of the blade and cut my thumb. I can attest that it is very sharp! Perhaps this was my fault, but I haven't had the same issue with any other knife and I have about half a dozen folders to choose from. Would I buy this knife again? No, I don't think so. Can I recommend it? No, not really, not with so many good alternatives available. Will I buy from HH again? You bet! 100%.
