The Opinel No.8 Laminated Birch Brown is designed with the environment in mind. The handle is made using strips of Finnish Birch wood and the dyes used are all non-toxic. This knife is fitted with a Sandvik 12C27M stainless steel blade which gives excellent corrosion resistance and superb cutting. Opinel's famous Virobloc double safety ring locks the blade open or closed.
