Don't let the price put you off

Posted by Chris Beattie on 12th Aug 2016

You get what you pay for allot these days. But with the mora line they really are top quality for a bargain price. Mora obviously take pride in providing top quality gear, bought this for my Mrs and she loves it these are an almost full tang Sandvik steel knife which is very good quality and extremely tough. The mora line will take on any bushcraft or tactical knife any day. These cut like a lightsabers and penetrate materials as good if not better than my knives designed for purely combative use. If you need a knife to bet your life on buy a mora the Mrs isn't really into knives but thinks this is beautiful. It's so good quality she doesn't believe was only a tenner, it's that good

    Great gift for your wife/girlfriend.

Posted by Practical Survivor on 9th Sep 2015

Got this for my wife to get here into bushcrafting , did not disappoint, she likes it very much, the pink hypnotized here into thinking i'm the greatest husband on earth and that bushcrafting was better than a 5 star hotel beach resort vacation.

What could be better? For the modest price of 10 pounds, save 100's on jewelry, vacations or house remodeling with this pink mora knife that will be sure to have here enthusiastic about just about anything including cooking!

On a serious note the knife is irreproachably finished, sharp out of the box, comfortable to handle and a good utility size.

Down sides: Sheath is flimsy and has mediocre retention, edge out of the box chips easily ( easily fixed with a small micro bevel ).

Heinnie's service as I remember and as always was impeccable.

    Usual Mora quality

Posted by Dale on 29th Dec 2014

I bought this knife as a present for my mother as she needed a good knife for use in the garden.

I have handled and sharpened the knife myself and the quality is top-notch, as is to be expected with a Mora Companion. For bushcraft use you cannot go wrong with a Companion, especially considering the value of these knives.
