The Medford USMC EOD-1 has a serious practical purpose. It was designed and developed in collaboration with current USMC Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technicians out of 29 Palms, California. This awesome fixed blade knife is built for the job and has all the necessary tools in place, such as a side hammer pommel and carabiner hole for wire pulling.
The blade is black PVD coated 3V stainless steel with a sawback and blunted tip and the tang is fully extended through the tough G10 scales. It is supplied with a Kydex belt sheath and a black zippered storage pouch.
