How to care for a knife?
1) Never put your knife in the dishwasher, hand wash and always ensure you dry your knife well to avoid rusting.
2) After cleaning your knife you should always oil it. If your knife is in a storage cabinet and not being used you should oil it every 2-3 months.
3) Regularly sharpen your knife after prolonged use.
4) Make sure to replace items from your knife maintenance kit once you run out of supplies.
