    Not a bad kit.

To start with its a Laurin blade so you know that's great quality off the bat. The micarta handle is quite chunky but also short at about 95mm so you'll need a spacer to lengthen the handle to a more standard length. The micarta may also need some more refining and drilling out as mine did to get the blade to fit properly but once put together and sanded down to fit your hand then it's a very respectable knife. I'm happy with it but it lost a star for the handle being too short.
