    Kizer Madrac Natural Micarta

Posted by ian candler on 22nd May 2025

I went for this as I wanted a knife primarily for cutting and this looked to be ideal. Weight is good, everything is nice and smooth, I love the clutch lock far better than frame locks or liber locks, rock solid and fully adjustable to boot. The micarta scales feel nice in them hand and as warm as wood which is nice. The blade is really lovely but not as sharp as I would have liked out of the box but a quick bit of work with the strop had it sorted. I love this knife, it suits my needs perfectly and also lends to being used for preparing food and eating as well.
