With a total length of just under nine centimetres, the Higo Bonsai Mokuzai Damascus is one of the smallest pocket knives in the Higo range. Unlike most classic Higo pocket knives, this miniature version of the traditional Japanese knife is not made of folded steel but of wood. It gives the knife an attractive feel that will pimp any keychain! The narrow blade is made of high-quality Damascus and does not lock making the knife UK carry legal.

Well made, but very small!

I have wanted a Damascus steel knife for a while and spotted this when it first came into Heinnie. It looked great, so when it came back into stock, I ordered it. When I received it I thought it looked well made, the steel is beautifully patterned, and the wood handle is great. The only issue was its size, it is very small! It is in the details of the size, so I'm not complaining as it was my fault for not fully reading it, it is comedically small though, an inch and a bit when folded, probably 3 inches in total when open. I may need to save up for its big brother some time! :)
