    Perfect ergonomy for me

    Posted by SLT.AMBEMC on 18th Jul 2014

This is a medium size knife with high quality steel. What caught my eye were the ergonomics and the blue FRN. The shape of the handle and the choil offers a variety of holding positions that are very useful, especially for very precise cutting. The jimping on the blade spine is very grippy. Very light too, like going back a few years when Spyderco did not put steel liners in its Enduras. The blue colour makes it look like a tool. In some extent, it reminds me a lot of the UKPK FRN but bigger and with a more pronounced pistol grip (and a lock!) 154CM definitively cuts (went through my pinky without stopping).
Minor niggles (hence the score of 4): finish on the FRN a bit rushed (blade is perfect however), the knife is difficult to open one-handed without the clip to give purchase, the clip screw has some ornamental 'studs' (not sure what's the benefit).
