    fantastic

This is a great knife. it is old in its style, a gentleman's knife. small not flashy. It is likely to be overlooked even by the anti knife types. very sharp and worth every penny. I have had mine for 4 years.use it as a knife and it will last. I am suprised by other peoples low scores. this is a practical tool, not a knife to impress your mates with, not made to be used as a survival tool. its for the urban / field environment. it looks boring and surely that is to its credit.

    UK men are no knife-men

Unbelievable, all this pussy whining about one of the finest folders around! Ouch, it hurts my hand, Gee, I can't get it out of the pouch, Gosh, these edges are so hard they hurt my skin. Tom, Mark, Evans, Nigel, Gary, Paul, please take my advice and stay away from knifes for the rest of your lives! Real men know how to handle a knife. They might note that 'the handles become somewhat slippery when your hands are wet' or that 'the steel is hard to sharpen in the field after you've been chasing game for over three weeks'. My ugly dog Tanja is more man than you are!

Well I was looking forward to this coming through the post, first impressions were good until you hold it. For the amount of money it is I am quite disappointed with the finish. The knife is very well put together and it looks like it will last a long time, unfortunately as others have said, the edges are so sharp, the metal has been stamped out (guessing) or lazer cut but at no point have the edges been finished, you can almost cut using the back of the knife handle. I really like the rest of the knife, so much so that I have just spent the best part of an hour taking the sharp edges off using my Dremel, not something I wanted to do after spending £130. Now it is how Fallkniven should have finished it. Would have given 5 out of 5 if it had of been finished before I got it out of the box.

A nice looking folder, very sharp. Downsides are very expensive for what it is; the sheath would have been a nice touch if it had been in leather. Biggest problem is when closed, the bottom of the blade leaves a very nasty sharp corner of 3G steel sticking out. Over time it will properly cut a hole in your jeans pocket. I?ve opted to use a Spyderco terzuola as an edc instead.

Sharpest out of the box I've had. Definitely needs a lanyard to get it out of the sheath easily and a dash of sandpaper smoothed the wood and chamfered them for a better slide into the sheath. Comfy for most tasks. A little touch from a DC3 sharpening stone took the edge off the perfectly machined right angles here and there. Comes perfect but allows you to mod to suit (if you have Torx set)

A nice little folder, takes a fantastic edge and can be used with a fire steel in the closed position. My only problem is that the handle is very uncomfortable, I sustained some cuts from it whilst doing some fairly light cutting. This problem is easily solved as the handle is simple to replace.

Wonderful knife, smaller than you think but blade is razor sharp and compensates for not being a lock knife. Despite its size the thick spine allows safe control. Works well in the field but cannot be used with firesteel due to the lack of lock. Gripes:pouch is snug and hard to get it out. Solved this with short length of cord through lanyard hole. The vertical-carry loop failed quickly. Heinnie sorted this and I stopped a recurrence with short Malice clip through the horizontal carry loops.
