    Very good fire steel.

Posted by Leigh on 20th Oct 2018

What your really paying for in this kit is the fire steel. Which I EDC on my "Don't Leave Home With It" keyring. Along with a peanut lighter, ACME whistle, P38 and a couple of other bits and bobs. It gets used occasionally. Is it expensive? Yes & No. In terms of normal bushcraft? Yes. As something you can always have on you? No.

    Perfcet accompliment

if you know what its for and you have the knife then you will see the value in this, if you want a toy survival kit then look at the BCB ones this is for real survival and not gimmicks

    A waste of money

for £30.95 you get almost nothing. No tin. Just a plastic bag with a few things in. Somebody is taking the p**s.
