Know what your getting! the shinny end isnt the handle either

I do not leave reviews but I used mine again on the weekend and look at the two reviews on there and I need to leave honest feedback. Its C70 steel which is high Carbon Heinnie even tell you that so it is not poor quality it is very hard good steel but you need to know what it is and how to look after it, Heinnie even has a blog regarding care. Its traditional and went though a few Munk with ease itys a great shape and balance just look after it. It really frustrates me when people can say something is poor when they clearly do not know what they have bought, sorry Mr Heinnie for my rant.

The reason we don't make cars anymore

This is a beautifully designed knife, just right between pocket knife and large camp knife.
But mine is starting to rust ( poor quality steel )
And the sheath looks like a 10p effort from the Indian sub continent.
With better quality steel and a thick well made sheath this could be a world beater

    Great Camping Knife

Posted by neil C on 16th Jul 2015

I have been using one of these for awhile now, (a year) its a first class utility knife/camping knife.
It holds a good edge, the blade size is perfect (i used a k-bar for previous 15 years and it was just a tad to large). This is very functional and easy to manipulate with a comfortable grip. (stag)

If i had to find a flaw (and i'm struggling) then i would say the finish on the blade has rusted fairly easily (but that might be lack of care on my part)

For the price its an absolute bargain,
