    Good for the price!

Has a small gap in one liner but is surprisingly well made for the price, the wood and nickel are polished well, the blade is centred and the backspring is very strong, can't complain for 16 pounds.

    Arthur Wright Peach Pruner

Like another reviewer I was disappointed with how the edge was ground. It was very coarse I thought. I did have to clean it up a bit but the action is very good and the blade is tight. I have a couple more Arthur Wrights and generally think they are good quality and price.

    Not so great

I thought I'd like the buffalo scales and I do. They look and feel awesome. And that's about all the good things about this knife. The blade is poorly ground and needs serious effort to get it sharp. But that's the least of your worries. The spine of mine is also butchered with something like an angle grinder. There is a rather large gap between one of the liners and the inside of the knife which is probably the reason why the blade closes so worryingly close to one side. The action was very gritty and I had to wash it which revealed a lot of dirt (in a new knife)! Didn't solve the problem though. Two days after receiving it the blade is already wobbly. I don't think I'd ever buy a knife from this maker again.
