5.11 Taclite Pro Trousers

Was going to get some cheaper ones as I go through trousers a lot. So glad I didn't!!! Really nice well made and comfortable . Useful good size pockets. Good movement when crouching or kneeling. Very good fit. HH brilliant as usual !!!!!!!!!!!

I am a pro photographer shooting location. This is the second pair of 5.11 pants I have bought, the first a few years ago tactile trousers. I cannot fault the design and fit, great on both counts. My only suggestion, and it isn't a criticism is that the waist band has an elasticated portion which is great for fit and freedom of movement but order 1 size smaller than normal. Maybe I missed it in the descriprion but I didnt see it mentioned

Had they been in stock, I'd have probably ordered Blackhawks instead, but these are nice pants and I'm pleased with them so far. The fabric has a good weight, unlike many technical fabrics, and the cut and sizing is excellent. The pockets could be better IMO, and the gear-racking strap left over from the days when these were sold as climbing pants (5.11 is a US climbing grade) is kind of superfluous, inappropriate even, but I guess it can always be removed. HH sent me a free baseball cap with the order, which I thought a nice touch. I'm probably going to order another pair.

Excellent pants, I am a delivery driver and these are ideal for climbing in and out of vehicles, stairs, rough ground, etc. They stay looking smart for ages and dry quickly when wet(or washed). Also available in "big boy" sizes.

5.11 have once again made an excellent product. I wear these in work and they are excellent. The seams are excellent and the pockets reinforced. The belt loops are spaced perfectly. A button instead of a popper on the waistband fastening would be preferable and after a few washes the trousers start to soften up which adds to the comfort. A very well designed quality pair of trousers that give a great lightweight option to the cotton version of this garment.

i owne both these and blackhawks lightweight tacticals. these pant are very good quality, more profesional and neat looking than the blackhawks, the front pockets are better and the crotch is better. looses 2 stars because the price is more than blackhawks and in my oppinion just not as good a product than the blackhawks. dont get me wrong , they are still better than a lot out there, and i will be getting them in black because, as i said, they are more professional looking.

Very comfortable trousers, hard wearing with strong stiching and a good cut. Dedicated phone pocket and large front and back pockets, with reinforcement on the edges to allow for extra pocket clip wear. The tac lite pro's also dry quickly due to the poly/cotton mix.

Great trousers, extremely well constructed and durable. Pockets are nice and deep and the quality is just what you would expect from 5.11. Brilliant super fast service from Heinnie's as always. Shame that they did not have the black in my size though.
